Intermittent error fetching and rerendering apps in admin

Describe the bug

fetchAndRerender function explodes in myvtex admin specifically rerendering vtex.admin and vtex.admin-home intermittently

To Reproduce

• Diverse cases reported in #new-admin slack channel.
• reinstalling the app with the error seems to solve the issue (actually installing admin-home or admin in master)
• Problem seems to occur only in production mode (workspaces in set env prod or master workspace)

Last screenshot is a different error but seems to be connected to render-runtime, me and @tlgimenes solved it by bumping render-runtime version ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
