Thank you for taking the time to report this issue!
To improve the process, I would like to ask you to let me know the information in advance.

All instructions and examples, and empty entries can be deleted.
Just for your information, a filled example is also written.

Abstract

The synchronization on Android works untill [ConfigSync]  STORAGE --> DB:ix:Samsung/CONFIG/workspace-mobile.json%workspace-mobile.json: (config) Failed. Then a restart of Obsidian is required. Sync works on MacOS and iOS

Expected behaviour

  • Syncing remaining active.
  • No failure of workspace-mobile.json sync.

Actually happened

  • After some time the error message [ConfigSync]  STORAGE --> DB:ix:Samsung/CONFIG/workspace-mobile.json%workspace-mobile.json: (config) Failed shows in the logs and sync won't work anymore.

Reproducing procedure

  • Unknown. Signs are that changes are not synced anymore and error message is in the logs.

Note: If you do not catch the reproducing procedure, please let me know the frequency and signs.

Thank you for opening the issue!
There has been a similar problem, although I am less confident without logs. However, it possibly has been caused by the same problem as #579. And, if so, that had been fixed at v0.24.14.
Would you mind if I ask you to try the latest version, please? If it cannot resolve the issue, please share the log with me, to delve deeper into it

Thank you for the response. I'm not quite sure if the update fixed it but after a reinstall and some fiddling around it seems to work now. Although it does say, after restarting Obsidian, there where some conflicts but I'm a bit afraid to acknowledge them, maybe that's what causes the problem as well?
I will look into it and share the log if it happens again.

For the previous days setting up this plugin, I thought it was just me that has this problem. I was thinking there could be a plugin setting (under the hood) between my android and iPad that conflicts with each other. But no big deal, I can just set on my desktop, sync once, and then disable both device. I was on 0.24.11.
But I'm glad I was able to see this thread last night, and just updated it today to the latest 0.24.15, and I'm happy to say it doesn't have that .json sync-loop anymore. Thank you very much!
