Nginx as reverse proxy

As I've had a bit of trouble setting up Nginx as a subdirectory reverse proxy for CouchDB, I wanted to share my working config:

location ~ /obsidian-livesync-es9m(.*) {
    client_max_body_size 10M;  # Very important! The Nginx default is too small for our purposes!
    proxy_pass http://127.0.0.1:5984$1;
    proxy_redirect off;
    proxy_buffering off;
    proxy_set_header Host $host;
    proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
}

Obviously, you can choose any subfolder name. I appended random characters as a sort of security measure.
