Bugs on adding an image

Hi,
I have an issue with Redactor, when I try to add an image without a focus on the text area I got the error in console and nothing happens (screenshot 1), but when I focus on the textarea I got bugged modal (screenshot 2), so in the two cases I can't add an image.
