Move over to execute from to_canonical

This is a dump of the todos required to use operators/execute

• Replace Vector with to canonical in execute_arrow
• Update CanonicalOutput and choose where to use that vs Canonical.
• Replace compute::filter with FilterArray
• Replace compute::take with DictArray
• Replace compute::mask with MaskArray
• Replace compute::fill_null with ...
• Remove OperationsVTable::slice
• Ensure Sparse compute is still efficient
• Add into_parts functions to avoid .clone().execute()
• Add execute::<PrimitiveArray> for all canonical arrays.
• Remove vortex_vector::Scalar but use len 1 array in vortex_scalar.
• Add SliceArray and remove offset held by other arrays,
  • Either you can push down a slice if not buffers must be check to push down array reduce_parent otherwise implement execute_parent
• ScalarFn to add evaluate_validity
