Describe the bug

I have manually matched loudness us AU, but the resample process forced to do loudness matching again, which will match to 0db. This really cause damage to the sound quality.

a command line arg should be added to skip auto loudness matching.

To Reproduce

I have manually matched loudness us AU, but the resample process forced to do loudness matching again, which will match to 0db. This really cause damage to the sound quality.

original project allows "skip-loudnorm" arg, but this project seems to have removed this option. I think it should be added back.
