[Feature] Waiting Room

Implement some kind of optional waiting room for Studio Rooms.

A Link to the waiting Room can be published. A Participant who clicks on the Waitingroom link joins that waiting room. In the Waiting room a Moderator can transfer canidates to the Studio room (possibly assigning StreamIDs from a list preconfigured in the studio room, to have certain slots)

This Feature might be useful for Shows like HackerJeopardy, where you have possibly a lot of participants appearing on Camera. This way, the link to the waiting room could be published somewhere (e.g. Fahrplan / Streaming Website / Social Media channels), participants willing to Join can join this Waiting room, and from there a Moderator can pick the canidates for the next round, and assign them to the slots for Player 1 ... 4 (which are already set up in OBS).
