vra_blueprint_version to lookup latest version #312

I'd like to use the vra_blueprint_version data source to lookup the latest version of a blueprint. This would make the id argument optional, and if not specified it would call the blueprint, locate the latest version and select that one. Otherwise id would be used to get a specific version.

np, apologies for closing this request, we have tuned the stale robot to be more selective about which issues are stale.

Hello,

We really need this functionality to be implemented ASAP. Retrieving the latest version of a blueprint should be something implemented by default in my opinion.

Could this option be prioritized?
