velero install --crds-only -o json CLI output cannot be used to kubectl apply since v1.15.0

Describe the problem/challenge you have

Run the CLI
./velero-v1.15.0-darwin-arm64/velero install --uploader-type=restic --dry-run --crds-only -o json
The output is something like the following:

⚠️  Uploader 'restic' is deprecated, don't use it for new backups, otherwise the backups won't be available for restore when this functionality is removed in a future version of Velero

It's not JSON-compatible, and cannot be passed to kubectl apply -f --

Describe the solution you'd like

Suggest dropping the warning for velero install --dry-run --crds-only -o json CLI.
