By default, new projects (as requested by the docs) need the Cloud Compute API enabled, which isn't true y default. They need to be enabled by accessing https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/compute.googleapis.com/overview?project=\<projectid>

The docs should be updated the reflect this, otherwise users will receive the following error when deploying:

omg-cli: error: parsing zone us-east1-b: googleapi: Error 403: Access Not Configured. Compute Engine API has not been used in project 741080867211 before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/compute.googleapis.com/overview?project=741080867211 then retry. If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry., accessNotConfigured, try --help`
