features of the action:

harvest all metadata of the listed code repositories
produce & publish (GitHub pages) triples export (all.ttl)
produce a static website with smart widgets (JS) to browse and navigate
potentially produce specific index files to support static website widgets

features of the website:

dashboard counting all repos , involved authors, involved orgs, available licenses, ...
facet browser to find specific code based on full text search match + above aspects (authors, orgs, licenses, programming language, dependencies, ...)
