Nyancoins Commands

• /ico command should start initial coin offering (probably we can allow repetitive coin offerings), everyone can /gather Z nyancoins from ICO, ICO is active only for period of time, initial ICO fund that is not gathered is given to administrators
• /enable_paid_messages should enable paid messages mode, so for example if user X has Y coins, he can publish message in our beautiful group, if not he can't, bot will remove his message (towel like mode), so paid messages mode should work like described below
• /disable_paid_messages we can disable right?
• /transfer we can transfer nyancoins YAY! (Example: Hi Sergey, i've rofled so hard from your post, here it is yours OVER9000 nyancoins)
• /burn we can burn nyancoins! Why not? Also we can transfer to nowhere!

We probably SHOULD rely on some kind of Even Sourcing (transactions) like a real blockchain!

Paid Messages

So we have nyancoins, why we would not make everyone gain nyancoins by reading someone messages? So if user want to publish something in our channel, he/she/they should paid to everyone else Y/N (where N is count of nyancoin users)! Y should progress overtime, for example each Coin Offering should double Y

Probably that system should encourage community development and non toxic environment! Probably we can also accept real crypto for exchange for nyancoins for some quirky wanderer wanting to post something in our glorious group!

Earning Nyancoins

• We can earn nyancoins by /ico and /gather
• From time to time we can post some interesting tasks (programmer or math and etc) so we can reward user by nyancoins!
• Printing QR codes (or something like that, for example very SPECIAL CODE for our cute nyan) which can be consumed and user will be rewarded with nyancoins, that should motivate user to visit our events!
• Paid Nyancription, which can allow user to gain nyancoins every day! (🤑🤑🤑) TRES COMMAS BRO

Nyanshop

In Future we can evolve our very own VLDNOMICS by crafting our very own shop, where we can offer licenses for useful soft or Pizza Pass for next event!

I don't get how /gather Z works. User just enters how much he wants to get? It does not make sense to me.
Either it should be spread evenly between all members or by some meaningful seeding procedure. And this procedure should ideally not involve lots of people spamming chat with unrelated bot command crap.
Maybe bot can detect relatively active (+ some random) people from chat and make a poll like:

Who is worthy? (ten nyancoins)

1. Egregious
2. PussyCat
3. GetLeap
   And then award all contestants in by the poll ratio.
   Or do a BukopuHa game from time to time and again award the winner.
