Add support for debugging TransactionReconnectionEvents

Hi @vladmihalcea ,

we are receiving lots of TransactionReconnectionEvents however it is unclear how they can be debugged. I cannot get any hint about which connection the event is about nor about the issuer of the connection.

Would it be possible to add such support?

That's a good idea. I'll add more debug info to make it easier to spot the issue.
