Do not allow registrations over our capacity limits. Every accommodation type (bed, sleeping bag, ...) has its own capacity.

This may be implemented as rejection of submitted registration or as not allowing to select accom type which is already exhausted. In this case this accom type is only disabled in form but it still needs to be visible. Otherwise it would be confusing.
