Allow inserting word counts etc in manuscript

Now that manuscript meta data like word counts are available, these could be inserted into the manuscript for for instance cover pages. See #2023 for more details.

The insert format should match the style used for headings, so something like:

{Manuscript:WordCount}

These will only be replaced for builds. The document viewer should just ignore them, but possibly highlight them.
