The projects on the open project window are just shortcuts, and you can create or move projects wherever you want on your computer whenever you want. They don't have to be stored in any particular location.

You can move a project folder to another location on your computer in your file explorer, and find it again from the open project window by clicking the "Browse" button on the bottom row. You need to go into the project folder and select the "nwProject" file to open it. It will be added to your list of projects automatically.

This will not remove the old shortcut to the project, but you can right-click it and select "Remove Project".

I'll look into making it a bit easier to do this.
