Cannot find JLink device #17
Comments
"After updating drivers" Do you mean the JLink driver or something else ? |
yes, updating the JLink driver |
And this was working before the driver update i suppose ? |
I have not been able to get the software working yet. Yes, I do have the latest release installed |
ok i will check the latest jlink driver support. |
Assuming you are on 64 bit Windows, try copying JLink_x64.dll to the same location as JTAGBoundaryScanner.exe and then rename it JLinkARM.dll. JLinkARM.dll as supplied by JLink seems to be a 32 bit dll and so will not load into a 64 bit app. Doing this, my J-link probe showed up. |
The latest release should now fix this issue : |
After updating drivers, moving the JLinkARM.dll (and JLink_x64.dll for good measure) into the JTAGBoundaryScanner folder (and Windows_x64 folder for good measure), the GUI was not able to find the JLink device. Any suggestions on how to proceed? The log did not show any information at all, so I'm stuck and not sure what to try next.
