[FEATURE] list naddr exposure

After switching relays a lot in the last year, there are lists in my Amethyst feed menu that I can no longer edit or delete because I don't know which previously used relay they are now housed in. A feature to expose naddr of lists, maybe by long press on list names, could make it possible for users to track down which relays need to be connected to fix this mistake.

A locally stored list of relays that a user leaves could make the task even easier for those that may do the same in the future.
