Rule: enforce await for expect.poll and expect.element #496

Both expect.poll and expect.element always return async assertions. It would be nice to enforce await before them:

- expect.poll(() => getElement()).toBeVisible()
+ await expect.poll(() => getElement()).toBeVisible()
