Analogous to microsoft/vcpkg#1903 harfbuzz support is disabled on https://github.com/vitasdk/packages/blob/master/freetype/VITABUILD#L11 but since we have a harfbuzz port now, it would be nice if we could enable it as the discussion here #28 (comment)
