Allow vita to write the powers of multiple inferface surfaces into a single VTK file

At the moment the interface surface mapping utilities write a single output file. A recent use case emerged where we needed to generate two interface surfaces in the analysis, the files would have had the same name and over-ridden each other. In future we need a way to run a case with n interface surfaces and write them out to a single VTK file.
