Add Contact Form

Currently our only means of contact is through Discord. We can make a simple POST form but this seems kind of prone to spam. I've seen some of these on Astro in the past, and I know how to do it, but I would like to do it right. This'll take some more research, leaving the issue up to remind me that it's something I need to do.
