Add events and methods to Player SDK for caption / subtitle customizations

Customization options were added to the Player, and our users are very happy. However, it doesn't appear possible for our team to allow persistent customization -- users have to re-select customizations on every video.

Would it be possible to implement more methods / events in the Player SDK re: subtitle customizations?
