Full-screen video larger than my screen size

When viewing maximized videos on this article, the video seems to be larger than the size of my screen. Here is a screenshot of the last video at ~ 1 second, maximized.

The top and (most importantly) bottom of the screen are clipped. Here's some info about my setup:

Arch Linux
1920x1080 Monitor
Browsers tested for this issue: Brave, qutebrowser

Does it also happen when you maximize from the animation's page itself?

It seems to center the video like this:

Hmm, looks like they don't use the same fullscreen code in their iframes as on their sites.
