[Enhancement] Dash Bar to disappear when fully charged

Whilst out of combat and such, I would like minimal amount of things on my screen, something like this would be excellent, similar to how the sprint bar works.

Possibly could be hooked into the settings to enable/disable this as for sure there would be people who do not want this.
