actionbars not loading but showing no errors

getting no errors but have no action bars and showing up in red in addons list I turn them off and carbine works fine any help would be great

I am also having this issue, any logs we can give to help out?

edit:
Tried mousing over my buffs and Poof the VikingActionBarFrame crashes, so I disabled the tooltip and bam, Action bars are working again.

Tooltips is probably the issue. We never managed to get it totally up and running before we stepped down.

Just showing as red could be if Carbine updates the API and these addons aren't updated correctly.
Haven't look at this or played wildstar for almost a year though, do can't really tell.
But You can try and disable tooltips as reported. If that doesn't work might try and disable the other addons one by one to find the issue.
