skill quests bug

putting it here for a guildie:
special skill quests where the actionbar actually changes to new 'questrelated' skills
seems to be buggy. you actually have to click the skills instead of your hotkeys

Can you find out the specific quest that caused this? Is he using custom Keybinds? Sounds like an Event Trigger is being missed.
