Proposed Implementations:

UI Button + Backend Endpoint - Add a button in the UI to create a new collection, supported by a corresponding backend endpoint.
Agent Route - Introduce an agent to handle collection creation.

Key Consideration:
Ensure the collection list in the sidebar updates dynamically whenever a new collection is created.
