Describe the bug

There are certain loopholes that must be closed so that desperate sleepy users don't just bypass the alarm requirements. Easily swiping away the app is one of them.

To Reproduce

  1. Allow alarm to start ringing.
  2. Swipe away app from Recents.

Expected behavior

Alarm should keep ringing.
