Unable to install india compliance on top of it

I was very much confused with the india compliance or any other apps beyond this yaml file, everytime i try to install i am getting the CSS issue.

Hi @rajamuppidi , could you please share the error log, Looks like I am checking the issue very late, more than 6 months later. If you can share the error, it will be easy to debug. I have never installed that module before.
