How to can be opened the dialog window: "Select neovim->connect"?

I have not touched this in 3 years, so my memories of this are quite fuzzy. You might be able to find the correct action with this: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/navigate-to-action.html. You could also try this with IDEA instead of PhpStrom, since I've only tested this with IDEA.
