A space is created as shown in the example below.

@Test
    void test() {
        String sql = "SELECT * FROM TEST WHERE ABC != '4'";
        String format = SqlFormatter.format(sql);
        System.out.println("format: " + format);
    }

// "!=" ==> "! ="
// output : 
format: SELECT
  *
FROM
  TEST
WHERE
  ABC ! = '4'
