@RestApiMountPoint is just a dirty thing

Hi, one thing I love about this project is that I don't need to add annotations to my code to have this documentation working. I am currently using @RestApiMountPoint but would really like to not have to use it if possible. Maybe we could do this with a configuration on the maven plugin call, parametrs, etc, where we can put a general add to all option.
