Description In the Czech Republic, SMS messages can be sent with alphanumeric sender IDs instead of a traditional phone number. These sender IDs are often 11-character text strings representing company names or service identifiers, providing recipients with a recognizable name rather than a number.
Currently, the TextBee app does not support reading messages from such alphanumeric sender IDs. This limitation results in the app failing to recognize and display messages with text-based sender identifiers, which are common in this region.
Thanks

@731mat textbee can receive messages from alphanumeric sender ids, please make sure you have enabled the recieve sms feature and have a stable internet connection on your device.
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I must confirm that the issue still persists. While all SMS messages from senders with numeric phone numbers are successfully processed, messages from senders using alphanumeric IDs (i.e., text-based names without a phone number) are not loaded into the TextBee application.
For reference, this occurs on the following device: Device ID: 6707b3b820099422d6c479a0.
In the Czech Republic, alphanumeric sender IDs are widely used for various services and businesses. This issue significantly impacts the usability of the app in this region.
Could you please investigate whether the app supports SMS messages from alphanumeric sender IDs? If further information or testing is needed, I am happy to assist.
