Describe the Bug

The login screen is shown if opening the app while offline.
This is due to short token validity periods and failing token refreshes while offline.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Turn off the internet connection
  2. Open the app
  3. See the login screen even though being logged in

Expected Behavior

Instead, I would expect an error screen telling me that I am just offline (since it is not actually necessary to login again). This would also allow me to just use the refresh functionality to try again.
