What is the cloudinary upload preset?

Currently, the culinary widget is passed a uploadPreset. Could we get some docs on how that is configured?

I'm facing a problem in the preset configuration, it runs well on my localhost but , when hosted it giving error of "Upload preset not found".
Can anybody explain me why though?.
I'm hosting the website on vercel.
