Why are Parameters required in ToolSet?

I have the following.

The function does not need any parameters - But I am not able to remove the argument. And currently it doesn't work with just z.object({})

Because type inference breaks when you remove them. Please let me know if you figure out how to have type inference working for both tools without arguments and regular tools in both generateText and streamText.

Hey I did a quick check and made parameters optional and it works as expected.

It seems type inference is not an issue, am I missing something?

this is not the type inference that i meant. I meant the results of generate text / stream text tool calls, see example here: https://github.com/vercel/ai/blob/main/examples/ai-core/src/stream-text/openai-fullstream.ts
