Chat only shows the first word with Azure OpenAI Provider #655

I've tried to run the last release with the Azure OpenAI provider. It runs perfect with native OpenAI provider but only shows the first word from the stream with Azure Open AI provider. After refreshing the page the full streamed message appears in the chat.
