Debugging with CMake Tools and launch.json's config is not the latest version #21

I want to pass args to my cmake project with cmake tool and launch.json in vscode using the recomaned config in lauch.json from doc.

             "externalConsole": true,

I select a default launch target and press F5 to debug, then it's stuck.

After I change to below follow the commit, it works.

            "console": "externalTerminal",

I'm not sure if this affects everyone, but I wanted to share it with you.
