Chat scroll issues

Describe the bug
When the queue pops, or when you type the wrong password to a private room, the scroll bar of the chat will scroll all the way to the top.

To Reproduce
Join the queue, and wait for the pop-up to appear. Accepting or rejecting it will close the box, and return you to the All chat lobby, with the scroll all the way up.

or

Attempt to join a private lobby, and type an incorrect password. It will close the box, and return you to the All chat lobby, with the scroll all the way up.
