Describe the bug

There is no way to get failure reports for metadata backups.

The 'Report recipients' field and 'Advanced settings' option are missing, but exist on other backup types (VM Backup & replication, VM Mirror Backup).

1. Go to 'Backup' -> 'New'
2. Click on 'XO config & Pool metadata Backup'
3. Scroll down to 'Settings'
4. See fields that are missing
