Harmonize with reev-docker-compose

The static data and containers are the same as for reev-docker-compose.

Describe the solution you'd like
The installation instructions and script should be harmonized. Also, the static directory should be the same, e.g.,

• .prod prefix for production things
• use static-data rather than {reev,varfish}-static
