ICS file non tengono conto del fuso orario #22

Tutti gli ICS generati non tengono conto del fuso orario e quindi suppongono orari UTC.
Essendo che il timestamp non è UTC tutti gli eventi risultano 2 ore piu tardi

@smark91 Il server tiene conto a monte dei fusi orari delle ore memorizzate nel db e converte correttamente in UTC e spedisce via ciò nell'ics, se così non fosse il bug è da quelle parti
