Note: We're using synclient here, not xinput - that's where the option names come from.

list options with synclient -l, test with synclient option=value and finally hardcode in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/50-synaptics.conf

Using

Option "AccelFactor" "0.2"
Option "MinSpeed=0.5"
Option "MaxSpeed=3"
