Code is provided but it does has issues as of now.
Like,
(1) requirements.txt file is missing that is causing great issue.
(2) instructions are not clear at all.
(3) As per instructions we download, vcoco api but then instructions direct us to another repository for downloading dataset..
(4) We don't know where to put downloaded files (i.e pretrained models, datasets).
The directories are not clear.
(5) In code their are directories provided as input which does not exist (i.e ExtremeNet5000).

Alot more issues as well.
