Joined Date shows as "Invalid Date" #475

Bug Description

When date joined is on, the date listed shows as "Invalid Date" on all users.

Steps to Reproduce

Make sure "Date Joined" is ON in settings
Check user list in Manage Users
Observe "Invalid Date" message

Expected Behavior

Date is listed as DD/MM/YY joined
