Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Without a badge, you have to go into the LOA admin page and see if any new request are in.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a "notification" badge, like that on pending PIREPs and Recruitment.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Don't be lazy and check

I'm lazy and don't really wanna check tbh
