Joined Date too Dark on Dark Mode #472

Bug Description

The joined date text is in too dark of a colour for the background its on, making it hard to read.

Steps to Reproduce

Check to see Crew Centre is in dark mode
Go to User Management;
Manage Users;
Click a user, any user; and
Observe their join date and how dark it is and hard to see

Expected Behavior

Lighter colour for better seeing

v2.5.0

This is like a mix between an issue and a feature request, but its an issue for me so 😎
