would mean an outpaint only to the right or left. it is another process, maybe even something for a dedicated extension. we scale and outpaint a lot. wasnt there some "endless landscape generator" already?

Looking at the code I think it's conceptually pretty similar. Yep, outpaint only left and right, and then the interpolated frames are just combining two sequential images by gradually using more of the new one and less of the old one, if that makes any sense.

I'm playing with it a bit, may send a PR if I get decent results.
