抛弃v2rayN,关于v2ray解析vmess字符串的建议

众所周知，在VPS上安装好v2ray后，通过4查看配置，得到的是：

通常我们通过复制vmess字符串到v2rayN来添加服务器，但是。。

v2rayN需要.net 环境，还会莫名其妙打不开，比如我在一台window server 2019上折腾了一下午都没正常

所以我想到了直接解析vmess字符串生成config文件，通过命令：
v2ray.exe run -c config.json
运行代理，这样就涉及一个问题，即

如何将vmess转换成config文件

思考后发现可以使用powershell 脚本实现，主要思路如下：

1. 解析vmess字符串为json,base64 decode即可
2. 替换原来配置文件中关键要素：IP、Port、User->ID、Path
3. 保存配置，运行v2ray

实验后发现可行

这样使用感觉挺轻便的，希望官方考虑在Window版中添加启动脚本，可以直接通过vmess字符串启动，从而不用去折腾v2rayN
